The location, Bahia de la Luna Resort, is a peaceful sanctuary, completely off the tourist track. Set on a private beach in a tranquil bay and surrounded by mountains and jungle, this idillic setting provides the perfect backdrop to support yoga practices . The resort is eco- conscious and supports the regional ecology and local handicraft trade. The intimate nature and beauty of this rustic-chic resort makes for an authentic Mexican experience and blissful vacation.

Each blissful day begins with meditation and vinyasa yoga in the open air palapa overlooking the jungle and Pacific ocean, followed by a leisurely and healthy breakfast. After having the day to relax or explore, a second yoga and meditation session will be offered to wind down your day, followed by dinner under the stars and on some evenings a bonfire gathering on the beach with friends.
Between yoga sessions there are infinite ways to spend the your time: in solitude on the beach, swimming in the warm clear water, reading in a hammock under the palms, snorkeling or kayaking to secluded beaches and tranquil bays. For the adventurous, Mexico’s best surfing beaches are nearby and boat trips are easily arranged for whale watching, turtle seeking and snorkeling. OAXACA - MEXICO’S UNTOUCHED PARADISE
THE REGION
Oaxaca is Mexico’s most southerly state, and perhaps the richest in culture and natural beauty. Most of the state is mountainous and rugged terrain right down to the coast, making for a dramatic and preserved coastline, sprinkled with beautiful bays, unexplored beaches and abundance of wildlife, such as whales and the great sea turtle. Due to it’s incredible landscape
and ecological conservation efforts, the Oaxacan coast has remained untouched from major tourist development and remains a
rustic retreat for adventurous souls.
