Vinyasa Classes
Vinyasa has been described as a flowing form of asana practice. Breath is one part of what links one asana to the next. Patanjali, the author of The Yoga Sutra tells us that what we think in each moment of time determines the result of any sequence of actions.

Join an all encompassing practice of asana (posture), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation. Explore all levels of yourself as the wisdom of yoga and Buddhist philosophy is woven into the experience of everyday life. All classes have a philosophical theme (including purification, self-study, increasing strength and flexibility, and developing concentration). Discover ancient yogic philosophy through physical poses, sequences, breathing methods and seated meditation. Experience a wonderful opportunity to deepen your practice, or start a new journey with solid footing. All levels welcome.
Method Descriptions
An intermediate to advanced class fuelled with soul-inspiring music. This enriching practice flows through standing postures, twists, forward & backward bending and inversions. Students explore chanting & meditation to cultivate a peaceful mind and kind heart. Jeannine provides experienced adjustments to recharge physical practice at every level.
Meditation
Jeannine offers instruction in meditation methods, depending on the need of the practitioner. She leads mindfulness meditation sessions, and gives guidance in visualization and mantra techniques. Meditation practice stabilizes the mind, which in turn gives rise to insight and compassion. Most of Jeannine's yoga classes include some time for meditation.
